Zach Goodyear

Zach grew up in New Orleans, LA and graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. He worked in Washington, DC prior to moving to Nashville where started out working for Dell Computer Corp.

In February 2003, he began his real estate career and was selling his first home a few short weeks later. Zach serves as the managing broker for the Parks Properties Gulch Office and specializes Area 2 and Area 6 houses as well as multi-family sales management. Zach lives with his family in a small cottage in the Historic Richland-West End neighborhood.

Since 2004 Zach along with his partner Scott Evans have sold over 500 homes in the Nashville Area. They provide exceptional client service which has resulted in over 90% of their business coming from past clients and those they refer, year after year.
