Zach Overton, Vice President of Customer Experience & General Manager of Samsung 837, is a strategic visionary, developing creative marketing initiatives, innovative partnerships, and driving the strategy behind Samsung’s dynamic and often never-been-done-before, culturally relevant activations across the country.

As General Manager, he successfully launched Samsung 837, the world’s first consumer technology playground and cultural hub, and has expanded it through robust programming and by carefully curating the space to ensure that it embodies a connected way of life, underscoring the positive impact that Samsung’s ecosystem of products can have on everyday life.

Prior to joining Samsung, Zach served as the Chief Operating Officer of (RED), inspiring collaborations with other dynamic digital brands to expand outreach, as well conceiving, executing, and heading up the EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES campaign.

He has also served as a general manager of Gilt, the luxury ecommerce company, as they launched their local experiences and services division, Gilt City, and conceived and built their entertainment division through strategic partnerships with industry leaders including Ticketmaster, Lady Gaga, Warner Brothers, ABC, Cirque du Soleil, the Black Eyed Peas, and more.
