A Wichita State University (WSU) graduate student, Zach Reding is working toward a master’s degree in education, with an emphasis on exercise science. He serves as graduate assistant with the WSU athletics program and has helped create a strength and conditioning program for the golf and men’s tennis teams. Zach Reding also provides individual athletes with assistance in understanding peak performance in terms of proper nutrition and fitness regimens.

Mr. Reding’s experience includes serving as WSU Shockers baseball team assistant and he has set in place specific exercises designed for pitchers and players at the various positions. In summer 2017, he additionally coached the DBAT 15U baseball team in Addison, Texas, demonstrating proper form in conditioning activities so that athletes could work out more effectively.

Zach Reding has an extensive athletic career behind him that includes competing in baseball at the Jesuit College Preparatory High School in Dallas, and on the undergraduate team at Texas Tech University. Zach Reding’s accomplishments while at Grayson County Community College included helping his team achieve a pair of conference championship visits.
