Since 1928, when Samuel Zacky and his wife, Esther, began selling poultry at a small market in Los Angeles, California, Zacky Farms has maintained its family heritage and guiding principles. Operated today by descendants of Samuel and Esther, Zacky Farms, LLC, has grown into a major corporation with more than 1,500 employees in Los Angeles, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and San Joaquin counties in California. The fully integrated operation provides millions of fresh turkey products that carry the Zacky Farms name.

The company has expanded through the years to include breeding and growth ranches, hatcheries, a feed mill, state-of-the-art processing plants, and highly successful sales and distribution networks. Zacky Farms sold its chicken operation in 2001, the same year the company introduced its successful turkey tray pack. Today, the organization focuses solely on the turkey industry, increasing the company’s offerings to include a line of more than 20 raw and cooked turkey products, including fresh boneless, ground, skinless, and bone-in selections.

Quality Zacky Farms products include sliced breast of turkey, Turkey Tenderloins, whole body turkey, bone-in turkey breast, ground turkey breast, lean ground turkey, turkey sausages, turkey burger patties, and much more. All fresh turkey products are free of hormones, preservatives, or additives. The company offers Free Range, Antibiotic-Free (ABF), and Vegetarian-Fed options as well. Named for company founder Samuel Zacky, Samuel's Ranch Free-Range Turkeys are raised in the open air and never caged. Fed a special diet of corn and natural grains, the free-range turkeys provide a moister, meatier, and tenderer turkey.

Through continuous investment in the corporation by the Zacky family, Zacky Farms currently ranks among the largest turkey businesses in the nation. The company is completely vertically integrated, operating as a grower, processor, distributor, and wholesaler of turkeys and turkey products. Additionally, the organization manufactures feed and grain and is a leading merchandiser of these products in Central California.
