I am 𝐙𝐚𝐞𝐝, working in Customer Service representative position at Woolworths, Double bay branch. With over 4 years of experience in customer service, including as a Customer Support role at Woolworths Supermarkets and Adpacau Marketing, as well as Highly professional & secured zone work experience such as Airport under Qantas Airlines, I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional service to your customers.
In addition to my customer service experience, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring Marketing and have obtained various certifications, including Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect and Cybersecurity Essentials from Cisco. I am also skilled in online advertising, Microsoft Office, system administration, and troubleshooting, among other things, as my Masters is in IT field.
