Zafar Iqbal Muhammad is currently acting as the Head of International Legal Division for Arkan Legal Consultants. He is a standout arbitration practitioner, who has been remarkably proficient in handling international commercial arbitrations governed by various national laws as part of his successful commercial practice. His recent work includes international commercial arbitration cases involving commercial contracts, construction contracts, FIDIC contracts, BOT contracts, EPC contracts, PPPs and concession agreements related to Ports, disputes between states and investors etc.
