Although not a HR specialist, I have direct experience in the different functional areas which make up a HR department including management and team lead roles. I have come to the conclusion, back-office HR is not for me rather a central key role where I could make an big impact on a daily basis and naturally it lead me to Recruitment. Headhunting.
