Zaid Ishaad

Zaid Ishaad is a multidisciplinary creative professional who treats every brand, stage, and screen as a room to be recalibrated. Blue light, dark edges, and glass-sharp detail define his aesthetic with experience spanning fashion, festival production, merchandising, and digital asset management. He currently serves as Core Creative at Daania and AELStudios, and Daania Lab in garment manufacturing and sourcing. Daania, a Dhaka-based fashion/streetwear brand, and is listed among its team members. Daania describes itself as a team of artists and designers focused on contemporary streetwear. Also Co-Founded Labelless and AZFrequency (Now Closed), he has shaped visual identities spanning luxury streetwear to EDM culture. His creative skills portfolio includes festival worlds such as ‘The Parallel’ and ‘Soundesh NOBO Winter ‘26’, alongside prior roles as Digital Asset Manager at Temu UK and in merchandising and creatives at Apparel Export Ltd. He is currently pursuing a degree in Media and Communication at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), where he also serves as Creative Director of the IUB Dance Club.
