Zain Tahir

I was born in Lahore, moved to Oman, and then grew up in Yeovil, Somerset. These moves gave me a taste of different cultures and helped shape who I am today. Now, I work as a Senior Software Engineer at the BBC, where I'm building a new recommendation engine platform. Helping the British public find more relevant content.

When I'm not working, you'll find me outside enjoying sports. I love playing cricket and football—it keeps me active and brings out the competitive side of me. I also play the guitar, but I keep it simple, just strumming along to my favorite tunes. Gaming is another hobby of mine; it's fun to dive into different worlds and tackle new challenges.
