Zak has 26 years of comprehensive experience in business operations, end-to-end program/project management, budget control, technology integration, product lifecycle, and cross-functional team leadership. He holds an M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University. He is currently providing freelance consulting to local businesses and is a certified PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL (V3 Foundations). He has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve targeted results as planned, while improving processes to maintain high quality.
