I read somewhere once that the only constant in our lives is change........the only things I am sure of about myself right now.....I am a wonderful hard working single Mom of seven year old twins - I know I'm wonderful because my children tell me every day that I am the best Mom in the whole wide world.....from their words and hugs I gather I must be doing something right! What they think and feel is what matters the most to me. My children make me the person I am, they keep my heart whole, and my smile shiny and memorable. I am no longer a victim of my past, I understand the lessons. Laughter IS my medicine.

I am strong, smart, beautiful, empowered and on an illuminated path toward my future, it will be bright, rest assured. I am also an athlete, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, gardener, and music lover. I choose peace over war, positivity over negativity, love over hate, health over wealth and forgiveness over anger. I love too deeply sometimes, I am working on that. I pay it forward. I recycle. I recognize my blessings, and give thanks for all I know and have. My favorite T-shirt has one word on it - 'EXHALE'
