I am a IsiZulu educator and ICT Specialist currently living in Johannesburg, South Africa. My interests range from education to technology.

My teaching Philosophy

An ideal teacher is passionate about their area of study and instils the love and joy of learning in the classroom. I as an educator believe in progressive education where education should be learner centered. I have always been passionate about Ubuntu elements of sharing and humanity and its effect in creating a good environment for effective teaching and learning.

My ideas on learning would be that I strongly believe in a learner centered progressive education and 21century skills where learners take charge of their learning and not be a teacher that is a transmitter of knowledge I believe in critical thinking and that learners learn best when they take charge of their own learning though various ways, classroom discussions, group works, researching and experiential learning as teacher my duty would be to guide them groom, develop, imparting knowledge to learners and building a professional relationship and help them to reach their full potential that is my goal

I believe that Ability is what you are capable of doing, motivation determines what you do and attitude determines how well you do it… as I reflect on myself I realize that we can achieve our goals regardless of our backgrounds

Teaching and learning evolves overtime and it is my duty as a Teacher to be computer literate in order to integrate ICT into teaching and learning to make life easier for all.
