Greetings! I come in peace. And yes, I really am an alien!

Let me explain. All my life I've known I was different somehow from most people. Not better or worse, just different. Which is not a good thing to be in the one-horse town where I live. Let's just say it's not the most free-thinking place in the universe.

As a result I've become rather reclusive, and tend not to participate in local society beyond what's necessary for my job & day-to-day living. Thankfully, the internet makes that option a whole lot easier :)

I'm a huge fan of modern history (i.e. the second half of last century) and technology. Contradiction in terms? Welcome to my world…

I also like a good old fashioned slasher film (the Saw and Hostel franchises are particular favourites) My drug of choice is coffee and there's always a choice of flavours available at Zaph's Place.

I like travel–city breaks usually, have had a lot of fun in various European capitals. My favourite place to be of all would have to be London, where I would probably live if I had the opportunity (and the money).
