2007-2009, CMO for social network for professionals, Profeo.ua (Local LinkedIn). Grew network from 0 to 100K users within 1st year.
2009-2014, I founded and led Prodigiagency.com - the biggest Ukrainian digital creative agency of that time with award-winning cases for over 20 Fortune 500 companies (Redbull, Unilever, Microsoft, etc.). Investor in various projects. Exited in 2014, to move to the US.
2014 - 2018, Investor and co-founder of various startups in Bay Area, eg. MoodMe - VR application with guided meditations to change your mood; Ava - a chatbot for team mental health; Auracoin - marketplace for blockchain developers.
2018-2020, Co-founder of Elin.ai, a solution for remote teams to build strong culture by analyzing communication data: sentiment and semantic analysis to provide leaders with meaningful insights into the team’s engagement, collaboration, mood to help with strategic people management decisions. Closed in 2020 after a pre-seed with Berkeley's Skydeck Acceleration program due to lack of funds.
As a part of the New Earth movement to re-invent how the future will look like, I founded Aware Mind Lab - an intentional community of healers and spiritual teachers to anchor more light to help Earth get to 5D with Ease and Grace.
