Zeb Holt

Zeb Holt is the Area President - South Florida & Managing Director at Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. Zeb is responsible for leading a highly specialized team of commercial and public-entity retail brokers based in Southern Florida as well as leading Gallagher’s alternative risk solutions niche practice group.

Zeb is an extremely active professional who is constantly on the move for both work and personal enjoyment. Frequent travel throughout North America, the Caribbean and Europe is a regular part of Zeb's life. He takes full advantage of what each city has to offer, whether he is exploring wine country in Napa Valley, Great White Shark diving in the Farallon Islands, white water rafting, musky fishing in the Northern Woods of Wisconsin or scuba diving in the Cayman Islands.

One of Zeb Holt favorite hobbies is golf and he is continually improving his golf game as he travels to some of the greatest courses to play and watch events. His most memorable experience was attending The Masters week at Augusta National Golf Club, which Zeb considers a glimpse of heaven on earth. When not on the road, Zeb Holt enjoys playing a round of golf at Trump National Doral, a beautiful championship level course, with his sights set on receiving his PGA Tour card.

After graduating from Indiana University, Zeb Holt spent eight years as a young professional in Chicago. Zeb now resides in Miami, Florida after making the transition from Chicago in 2013. He enjoys the unique energy and culture of the area and has seen first hand how the city has grown into an international destination and business center with great diversity. Zeb loves having the ability to switch from business mode to “island time” at the flip of a switch.
