Zeeshan Khan
New York City
I am a designer / photographer specializing in web, mobile, and print medium. In my spare time I enjoy world literature, music, soccer, and politics. At times I can be called an obsessive collector of records and all things Pink Floyd and Porcupine Tree. I'm also a proud owner of a Martin D28 and Fender Strat 1962 vintage reissue. I consider myself an avid reader of beautiful prose and tremendously enjoy books by Salman Rushdie, Michael Chabon, Amin Maalouf, and the late Roberto Bolano.
My professional career started at a small apparel company in Chicago. During that time I also got a gig art directing a quarterly publication called Chowrangi, and various freelance jobs designing websites. I eventually moved back to New York City and started working for a software/hospitality company as Graphic / Web designer and later on became the User Experience Manager. I am now pursuing a full time job in design and technology, mainly designing for iOS, Android and web driven Apps.
On the education front, I have a diploma from London College of Arts in Graphic Design (print making), a diploma in Computer Graphics from IADT, Merchandising, Toronto, and a BFA in Mutlimedia & Design from IADT, Chicago. I can call myself a technology enthusiast and love all things art & design.
