I am the mother to 4 pretty awesome kids! Not coming from an athletic home or background, I really struggled with my weight after having my kids. I finally got sick of where I was going and decided to make a change. I started making living healthy and active a lifestyle, and the weight came off! More importantly, I found a passion for running and competing. Now I'm a marathoner, triathlete and hopefully a positive role model for my kids!!
