Chinese Internal Arts Student and Reforester in Stanardsville, Virginia

After years in the city, exposure to wilderness, internal health practices and external ecological activity, beautifying and increasing diversity and resiliency of landscapes and ecosystems I am now fully dedicated to organic gardening, mycelium running and other sustainable practices.

Internal health practices and external enhancement of healthy natural ecological function are two sides of the same coin. They work together to create true resilience in respect to true nature. It is my opinion that it is our responsibility to society to take care of our bodies so as to reduce the cost of the healthcare system, and improve our own circumstances through hard work and self-cultivation. It is also my opinion that this responsibility towards our own bodies extends to the outside world as well, since we are a unified whole and are directly affected by the external environment. Therefore the two together create an truly holistic sustainable lifestyle.

Peace, Love, Equality, Unity, and Freedom in Abundance are my most prized philosophical concepts. I am working hard to embody these concepts. They, in my mind and life apply to all things, not just people. Living by my word and my ethics, following my heart and being strong and working hard, I am here on this Earth to make life good! For me and all those that I interact with.

At the moment I feel only like a philosopher, but I am practicing and studying to develop substance in my practices, and become a useful person.
