Today I enjoy a deeply fulfilling career as a health and fitness professional. I am the co-owner of Mind Body Pro in New York City located on 57th Street between 6th and 7th Ave.

I am originally from Toronto Canada and moved to New York City after marrying my lovely wife Tysan and her two amazing daughters Sacia and Meeka. Some would describe me as an Asiafile. I love traditional Chinese culture. That started over 15 years ago with Chinese martial arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine, philosophy and Qi Gong. My interest led me to learn more about Chinese arts, life and history.

Being a Canadian hockey was my first sport, but I love playing tennis and golf. Becoming a more engaged business owner has led to a new fascination and appreciation for the art of business.
