As a business and real estate attorney, over the years I have represented a myriad of clients ranging from individuals and small family owned business to multi-million dollar entities. Of my favorite types of clients to work with are businesses owners who are looking for an attorney they can work with side by side as their business grows. I truly enjoy it when a client and I have the type of relationship where they can come to me, not just when they have a specific legal issue, but also when they need someone to act as a sounding board or general advisor as they make key business decisions.
