Zephaniah Ananda
Zeph is a gifted leader who stands tall with proven principles to back up his actions. He is loyal to people and courses he is convinced add value to life. He is a diligent and patient man to see his mission accomplished. He has withstood life storms because of his firm principles. He welcomes and manages change with an understanding of the power of starting over on the right note.
Zeph has successful helped over thirty people on a personal level to transition into school or college, career, marriage, parenting as well as midlife. He has conducted focused training for various organizations including SMEs, churches, Teams on cross cultural short assignments. He has also spoken to large groups in varied topics on culture transformation, personal and organizational development, transitions management, responsible masculinity, transformative leadership, spiritual formation among others.
He has a wide range of cross cultural experiences or work in different places and has hosted over twenty people with different cultural backgrounds from different nations at different times.
Zeph has had an opportunity to work with people and organizations in transition to successfully achieve order and perspective when they experience sudden change, stagnation in growth, or have an opportunity to thrive.
He is a graduate of Africa International University (NEGST) and Kenyatta University with a Master of Arts in intercultural studies and a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Economics respectively.
Zeph lives and works in Nairobi, Kenya. He is married to Risper and they have two children; Joshua (9) and Pendo (4).
