My name is Anoushka. I am a Holistic Therapist and qualified in aromatherapy, reflexology, massage therapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki, crystal therapy and professional relaxation therapy. I have a background in psychology and have an interest in the mind and body working together alternatively to heal a symptom or condition. I am passionate about beauty, fashion, life and the universe and often like to throw my thoughts and feelings into poetry and spirituality.
