I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) living and working in Ogden, UT. Working part-time at a chiropractor, I specialize in Muscle Rehabilitation, Deep Tissue, Injury, Swedish, Relaxation, and Prenatal Massage. Since becoming a massage therapist, my passion for overall healthy living has increased substantially. Because of this (and not having medical insurance for a couple years), I have delved into and experimented with herbal remedies, essential oils, and other forms of traditional medicine. I am also fascinated with the connection between these traditional health modalities and science and how they interconnect with each other. My hobbies include gardening, camping, reading, experimenting with new recipes, and playing with my kids. I have been married since 2007 and have two children.
