I'm an Organizational Psychologist with Change Group Americas and an independent Executive Leadership Development Coach . While my area of expertise is workplace behavior and how leaders, managers and employees interact and grow (or not) within a work setting, I drive much of my focus on leadership development, organizational culture, and team building. And, I am always reminded of the fact that people live and breathe in "context" - a context that can sometimes make the most difficult person turn docile and the sweetest person into the hardest to please. Each person comes from his or her own microcosm and culture, with ideas and visions that are unique; so, while the tendency and temptation is to pack human behavior neatly into the confines of a rigid corporate or business structure, I know how important it is to recognize and appreciate that human beings can't be standardized, and not everyone comes from the same place of logic and reason that you might expect. This makes my work fascinating because there is always something we don't see, something we can improve, and potential in the system that's worth capitalizing.
