My Heart:
I’m a husband and proud dog dad to a spirited beagle named Leia. My wife and I have shared life’s journey for many years—she’s known me since we were both just 15. White I’ve been fortunate to find success in my career, but I know I’m a WORK IN PROGRESS. Every day, I strive to be a better husband, a better dog-father, and—most importantly—to be fully present in the moments that truly matter.

The Career:
With more than 28 years in hospitality, I’ve built my career leading sales, event, and revenue strategies for some of the industry’s most iconic brands—including launching Gaylord Hotels from startup to multi-state expansion, and leadership roles with Hilton Orlando, the Orlando World Center Marriott, Wyndham International, IHG, and Omni Hotels.

I got my start in the hotel world as a teenager, and it didn’t take long to learn that success is built on both big wins and the lessons that come from setbacks. That mindset—paired with deep experience in large-scale hotel operations and high-level collaboration—has fueled my drive to create game-changing results and inspire the next generation of hospitality leaders.

What I Do Now:
I work with Hilton Hotels Corporate as a recruiter in the Commercial Services space—Sales, Events, and Revenue Management. I also consult with companies, sales teams, and individual sales professionals, helping them sharpen skills, overcome challenges, and accelerate growth. Additionally, I’m hired for speaking engagements on sales leadership, inspiring groups and individuals to perform at their best.
