When I was a teenager, I was all about AOL Instant Messaging and all those social media stuff. I was extremely big into talking in chat rooms with people that have similar interests as me. I really don't like the idea of online dating, so I went to computer technology chat rooms and such. I never thought I would actually meet a really great friend to have for life who I would one day meet in person. I dedicate my first novel to my very first long distance Internet best friend, who is no longer an Internet friend because we have finally met in person for the first time after talking online for 16 years and it was amazing! :)

My story is about surviving a 16-year long distance of thinking I had to let go because I would never get to see the boy I met when he was 14 and I was 13. And now we are only an hour away after being 10+ hours away all our lives. Without him as a teenager, I really don't think I would have survived and he knows how much he means to me.

I would only like to keep in touch with encouraging readers and writers. I'm in competition with no one but myself and only improve my craft every day for me and my readers. If you have criticism for me, I appreciate that ... anything else that is negative I am not interested.
