Anna has worked as a senior leadership consultant and talent management executive within the banking and finance industry for the majority of her career, gaining additional experience in the airline, manufacturing and retail industries. She led leadership development and talent management projects across Europe and Asia and facilitated leadership conferences and business cases for senior leadership teams and intact teams. Anna delivers programmes and workshops covering personal influence, career development, women's development, management/supervisor development, performance management and leadership.
