Zijie Xing

The youngest member of Technology Expert Committee in China Mobile Design Institute, I creatively proposed many solutions in network design with company awards four times in a row, enhancing the robust of network performance and totally saving more than 5 million dollars costs.

As a technical consultant and project manager, I believe that good teamwork is the source of creativity and efficiency, and I enjoy the feeling of sharing success.

Personally, I am a doer with critical thinking. I deem taking actions as my powerful tool to break my limitation and make progress. For defeating the fear of facing strangers, I ignored booing but practiced harder to perform saxophone in Children’s day for six years. Realized the importance of leadership which I never practiced before, I was energetic to organize many activities in university even class load was over 150%. Unlike most new employees who chose to do some researches in headquarters, I initiated a rotate program by myself to design local networks in regional offices and improve network performance. I am so proud that I could use my effort to change people's life by improving interactive experience.

Fascinated by religious stories and architecture, I traveled more than sixty cities in eleven countries to appreciate various temples and churches, such as Florence,Paris, Siem Reap, Chiengmai, Kyoto, and Tibet. As a beer fan, I never miss a chance to try new beer, especially in some exotic cities. My favorite one called “铁腕稻尾”is produced and sold only in a very small town in Japan, and it tastes like “autumn”.
