About Me

I’m Zilvinas Padolskas, and I lead Brand Protection at Midnight Labs (midnightlabs.ai).

Over the last decade plus, I’ve dismantled counterfeit operations, hunted down digital pirates, impersonators and scammers, and built enforcement teams from the ground up. Somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like a job and became something closer to a personal vendetta against internet chaos.

I’ve led large-scale brand protection programs across fashion, automotive, entertainment, gaming, and media, working with Fortune 500 companies to protect their intellectual property at scale. It’s taught me that effective enforcement isn’t about brute force. It’s about understanding where the problem is coming from, finding it early, and building systems that can act on it efficiently.

At Midnight Labs, I get to take that experience further with a team that’s building a different way of doing things. We’ve brought together people with deep experience in brand protection alongside expertise in AI, robotics, data science, supply chain, and other fields. Some of the best solutions come from looking outside your own industry and adapting ideas that already work elsewhere.

I don’t believe in doing things slowly simply because that’s how they’ve always been done. I like taking complex problems, stripping them down to what actually matters, and building a practical path through them.
