I am an experienced engineering leader with a unique blend of business, commercial, and technical skills. Over 30 years of experience leading internationally distributed, multi-functional engineering teams in multiple markets, including software consulting services, cybersecurity, IoT, physical access control, asset tracking, energy management, energy storage, and electrical generation control.

I have held engineering, engineering leadership, product management, and sales / business development roles in both large, public, multinational corporations, and small, private companies.

I have experience with commercial modeling, solution architecture and design, project and resource planning, proposal development and contracting, commercial strategy development, and strategic partner relationship development, as well as managing product development projects and teams across a wide variety of software, firmware, and hardware technologies.

I bring an ability to manage both the low-level tactical aspects as well as the high-level strategic aspects of the business, and a proven track record of rapidly understanding and utilizing new technologies and gaining new skills, quickly becoming the subject matter expert within each team.
