Zintle Phaphane

I am Zintle Phaphane, a third-year B.Ed student at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in Life Sciences and Geography (FET phase), currently living in South Africa. I have a strong interest in biology, particularly in understanding how the human body works. I enjoy bringing that curiosity into the classroom to help learners engage meaningfully with science.

I believe that every learner has value and their own unique interests. No learner is a lost cause. I aim to build learners' confidence, creativity, and collaboration through meaningful, practical work and regular content review. I also want learners to understand that learning does not only happen in the classroom, but it is part of our everyday life. My goal is to encourage learners to explore the world for themselves, think critically, and believe they can achieve their goals.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy learning fashion design through sewing; I love seeing my imagination come to life, one stitch at a time. I also enjoy reading novels and spending time with animals, which helps me relax, recharge, and maintain a healthy balance between my studies and personal life.
