Zishan Reza Rahman

Zishan Reza Rahman is a Bangladeshi young researcher, policy enthusiast, and an emerging voice in economic and educational development. He is actively engaged in youth-led policy dialogue, civic initiatives, and intellectual platforms that focus on governance, economic thinking, and social development.
He currently serves as the Chief Secretary of the National Parliamentary Olympiad Bangladesh, contributing to national-level academic and policy-oriented youth engagement. Zishan is also the Founder and President of the International Civil Federation and the Editor-in-Chief of The Econ.Tech Journal, a platform dedicated to discussions on economics, technology, and policy ideas.
Alongside his editorial and institutional leadership, he has experience working at the administrative level in multiple youth-driven initiatives, coordinating teams, managing strategic communications, and supporting research-based discussions and programs.
His interests center on economic policy, governance, education reform, and the intersection of technology with sustainable development. Through writing, policy engagement, and organizational leadership, he aims to strengthen youth participation in intellectual discourse and contribute to thoughtful, evidence-based policy conversations.
He is also an alumnus of the Aspire Leaders Program, an initiative founded by Harvard Business School faculty to support emerging global leaders.
