Initial Wonderlic evaluation (or Wonderlic Personnel Test) Originated by Eldon Wonderlic in 1936. This had been the 1st short-form evaluation that enabled to test cognitive abilities of potential employees. Almost eight years after, Wonderlic Test is still in use and proceeds to cognitive ability section on Wonderlic website.
