Zac Mergard

I am an audio student, recording engineer and musician based in South Brisbane, Australia. I've been recording songs for myself and friends for roughly 7 years with 2015 marking my official decision to get my foot in the door of the audio industry.

I've played and recorded music ranging from hardcore punk and metal to post-rock and ambient music out of progressive interest and an attempt to cover all bases. Many genres of music utilise recording techniques which can applied to other genres through creative means which is of great interest to me.

I am currently involved in several music projects including a Memphis-style hip-hop group, an ambient project, and doom-metal, shoegaze and math-rock bands to name a few.
