Education and Health are the two most important indicators of progress for a nation. While education concerns with growing the national capital, health is to preserve the same. Education and health are also the basic human need which affords the true right to live with dignity for an individual.
Universal access to health and education is enshrined in our constitution as rights of the citizen of our country with education being a fundamental right. The Government of India and the various state governments are making it possible through legislations, budgetary support and infrastructural provisions. Yet there remains several issues of quality, access, sustainability and synchronisation of these measures with the changing times and needs.
Zodiac Foundation initiates projects to serve its objectives and provides leadership, coordination and execution to these projects. It identifies thematic areas of intervention from time to time and work towards them to bring about lasting good in the society.
