Zoë Vrieling

I am a recent graduate of the University of Washington’s Program on the Environment (PoE), majoring in Environmental Studies and minoring in Environmental Science and Resource Management, and am looking to pursue a career in this field. The Program on the Environment at the University of Washington takes an interdisciplinary approach to environmental issues and has trained and prepared me for a wide variety of careers. My goal is to bridge the human-environment interface, with my main focus being on wildlife conservation. I want to educate the public about various wildlife conservation tactics and management issues, and prevent the further destruction of wildlife habitat. As well as, form relationships between the general public and nature. My desire is to expand my current knowledge further by working in this field.
