Technically, I’m what you call a fixer. And while I’m pretty darn good at fixing things that are broken (or breaking), that’s not my specialty. No, I prefer to deal with the “just fine,” a far greater danger than something that is simply broken — “just fine” doesn’t always work fast, but it is insidious and highly corrosive to an idea, a business, or a soul in the long term. Of course, no person or idea comes into this world intending to be fine, they come into this world to be hell yeah! But, over time, intention gets lost in a fog of fear, compromise, and tolerance. That’s where I come in.

I acclimate quickly to new environments, effectively assess “local resources,” and efficiently shift people, goals, and systems into alignment.
