Zoe Farrell is the founder of the Increscent Group, an independent healthcare consultancy. In 2019, she founded the Increscent Group after realizing there is a gap in the market for high quality, high touch, highly tailored healthcare professional advisory services — provided at a reasonable cost. She is not interested in swooping in and leaving behind a PowerPoint deck with a non-actionable set of recommendations. She has over a decade of work experience in the healthcare industry, including extensive experience working with private equity firms looking to invest in the healthcare services companies. She has also had extensive experience working at healthcare service startups and with startup clients. Zoe brings valuable insight to all her projects by combining both consulting and industry experience. Prior to founding the Increscent Group, she served as Director of Network Engagement and Operations at Clover Health where she led a team that negotiated fee-for-service and risk/ value based provider contracts, oversaw contract implementations, and provided strategic thought leadership in the areas of network development and performance monitoring. Prior to Clover Health, she was a Managing Consultant at the Berkeley Research Group, a leading global strategic advisory and expert consulting firm, where she conducted strategic consulting and performed due diligence exclusively for healthcare clients and private equity firms investing in healthcare companies. Zoe also interned at Apple Tree Partners, a $1.6B healthcare focused venture capital fund during her MBA and served as Vice President of Planning & Development for Narus Health, a technology-enabled palliative care startup in Nashville. Zoe started her business career at the Marwood Group, a leading healthcare focused strategy and advisory firm founded by Ted Kennedy Jr. where she performed Medicare and Medicaid policy, regulatory, and reimbursement due diligence. Zoe Farrell received her Bachelor of Science degrees at M.I.T. and her MBA from the Wharton School of Business, with a focus on healthcare management. In her free time, Zoe volunteers with New York Cares, dabbles in a few sports, and hangs out with her husband, daughter, and cockapoo.
