Zoe Kroessler is currently a Global Health Corps Fellow with Action for Community Development (ACODEV) in Uganda. There she works as a Communications Specialist improving health outcomes in rural communities. Zoe previously worked as a Development and Communications Associate at the Asian Association of Utah- Refugee and Immigrant Center. There she assisted victims of war crimes and human trafficking to tell their stories and access pertinent services to lead healthy lives. Additionally, she worked in Bolivia with Alma de los Andes, an NGO that focuses on women’s empowerment through financial literacy, skill development and healthcare. She has a B.A. in international studies with a triple minor in anthropology, political science and French from the University of Utah. She is passionate about sexual reproductive health education, family planning and health equity.
