Originally from Yorkshire I moved up to Newcastle for University and studied Law before relocating.

Initially starting my career within the lifestyle industry before progressing on and into senior level recruitment which allowed me a fantastic exposure to numerous different industries ,organisations and a vast variety of company cultures & benefits.

My experience within recruitment exposed me very quickly to the importance of employee engagement and the fact that the happiest and most engaged people always produce the best results, irrespective of the team or department and regardless of what else is going on in a business.

Engagement truly allows companies of all sizes to make the most of the talent they hire, retain an excellent workforce and attract new highly skilled individuals. I genuinely believe your people make your business.

So when I was offered the chance to join Perkz (Reward Gateway) I jumped at it.

I am now responsible for all Perkz Business Development- alongside me is an inspiring team of people who are all passionate about tech innovation that helps organisations implement rewarding and positive company cultures via excellent employee discounts & wellness.
