I work with folks in non-profit and for-purpose organisations who are ready for a personal or organisational transformation, and seeking support to make it happen.

I know that sometimes, figuring out which choices to make can feel tricky. That finding ways to achieve a vision or goal can get overwhelming or exhausting. That sometimes we are full of energy and have plans, but are getting stuck anyway. We need someone we trust to accompany us and help us feel clear and bold again.

Through facilitation, coaching, training, and strategic advice, I support individuals, groups, organisations and funders to clarify purpose and values, gather imagination and courage, change how they are trying to make change (strategies and practices), and find flow and renewed energy.

I was previously the Executive Director of Mama Cash, the largest participatory grantmaker in the world and the oldest international feminist fund. I've sat on a half a dozen NGO Boards, and currently chair one more. I've advised governments, the UN, national and international organisations and funders, and been an activist and social change practitioner for three decades.
