INTRODUCTION

I’m an aspiring filmmaker from Nottinghamshire! I studied A level Media Studies, Art and Sociology at Nottingham College, and completed a short course with BFI Film Academy. I have always been a creative; my work always derives from passion.

EXPERIENCE

“WILDFLOWER“ MUSIC VIDEO • EDUQAS MOTION PICTURE AWARDS • JULY 2025

In July 2025, I started my first project - My “WILDFLOWER” Music Video for my Media Studies NEA.

I storyboarded, directed, filmed, edited and in some cases acted in this music video with help from a few willing friends. The whole thing was shot on an iPhone 14 and edited on Capcut due to a lack of equipment.

It was graded an A*, and was highly commended at the eduqas motion picture awards.

At BFI film academy, I learned so much regarding the film industry and some valuable skills and experience. I made many connections and learned a lot from my peers.

I was the Director of Photography for the short film “IRL”, and I produced the soundtrack. The short film was screened many times alongside our peers short film “EXCEL” at Broadway Cinema, Midlands Film Academy Screenings, and Flat Pack Film Festival.

As a DOP, I worked with the Director, Camera Operator and Gaffer the most.

The soundtrack was quickly made on Garageband to meet the short notice demands during the editing session and featured synthetic electronic notes.

I produced the soundtrack for an impactful short film written, directed, and edited by my friend Katie Bagguley, who I met at BFI Film Academy

I used my acoustic electric guitar for this, recording on Audacity and editing on Garageband.

Space Base • Pondev • Indie Steam Game • August 2024

Less relevant, however, I also produced two boss fight sound tracks for an indie game known as Space Base by Pondev on Steam.

Future projects and aspirations

I am hoping to be studying Filmmaking at Nottingham Trent University in September 2026.

In the meantime, I am planning a short film and a music video for the summer.
