My extensive experience in the operations team provides a unique perspective towards clients' need, which translates to a more tailored understanding of what has to be done to fulfil the requirements. As such, over the past 9 and a half years, I’ve become proficient at overcoming obstacles introduced by unrefined business processes, all in an effort to support my clients' every request.

Now-a-days, my efforts empower businesses in the tourism industry to drive their sales, operations and customer satisfaction needs, through the use of a unified platform for reservations of hotels, apartments, transfers and car rentals.
