Zaid Shaik

My name is Zaid Shaik, I am 32 years old and I am currently the Managing Director of a packaging company called IPS.I am also a freelance business advisor/consultant for Innovative Business Solutions and the GLG Group. I was previously employed by Nampak Tubes and Tubs as the National Sales Manager and as the Operations Manager. I am generally regarded as a progressive and positive person who sees problems as opportunities for improvement. I tend to approach challenges creatively and enjoy solving problems quickly with original solutions. I have well-developed analytical skills coupled with a good feel for business needs.
