I am an accomplished real estate and construction professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate sales, new home construction, project management, business development, property management, and operations. Throughout my career, I have built a strong track record of delivering results across residential real estate transactions and complex custom construction projects.

I have successfully completed more than 200 real estate transactions, including properties valued at up to approximately $10 million, and have sold and managed approximately 45 custom home construction projects ranging from laneway homes to $4 million waterfront estates. My experience encompasses the full project lifecycle—from initial client consultation and property evaluation through design, engineering, tendering, permitting, construction, and final handover.

I bring a strong combination of commercial acumen, sales expertise, operational leadership, and hands-on project management. I excel at developing high-value client relationships, negotiating complex agreements, coordinating more than 40 trades and suppliers on individual projects, and bringing diverse stakeholders together to successfully deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

As an MBA-qualified leader, I am passionate about creating value, solving complex challenges, and delivering an exceptional client experience. I remain actively engaged with emerging industry trends, innovative technologies, and evolving best practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends and making the most of the Okanagan lifestyle.
