On the occasion of my 30th birthday I realized that my life has started to be too comfortable and uneventful. Therefore, now is the right time to find a new inspiration, gain more experience and face new challenges!

When my good friend offered me accommodation in Singapore, I did not hesitate. I bought an airline ticket, leaved a long-term job in Europe and arrived to Asia. I always behaved rather predictably and conservatively, but this is an amazing change and I am really looking forward to a new beginning. I find very exciting and rewarding to explore life at another continent and I expect similar impressions at a new job.

My professional career has been associated with Telefónica – one of the world’s largest telecommunications operators. Its Czech branch provides voice, data, IPTV and ICT services and it is a major integrated telecommunications company in the Czech market. I have worked there for over 8 years and I have obtained 5 years of experience in sales and account management.

At Telefónica I was in charge of maintenance and development of relationships with approximately 200 corporate clients (total revenue amounting to EUR 1 million per quarter). I managed a portfolio of accounts, identified new sales opportunities and had to achieve performance targets regularly. Due to very dynamic and varied work, I gained a lot of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. These helped me to form my strengths which involve self-motivation, reliability, flexibility and stress-resistance.

I would like to use them at my future job in Singapore – either in the field of sales, marketing or in another related branch.
