👋 Hey, I’m Zubin, a Berlin-based founder, product builder, and operator working at the intersection of AI, systems, and real-world execution.

I’ve founded multiple startups, including an ML-driven fitness venture, and now operate as a solo venture builder and fractional CTO working with a small number of stealth startups 🚀

My focus is simple. Great founders should not be bottlenecked by the absence of a technical team. I step in to provide hands-on technical leadership, product direction, and execution to take ideas from zero to MVP to scalable systems ⚙️

Alongside this, I stay active in the Berlin tech ecosystem through TechLabs, working with learners, career-switchers, and mentors to build applied skills that translate into real work 🌍

Outside of building, I spend time in systems thinking. Computer vision, NLP, computational social science, and the intersection of technology, history, and strategy 📚
