Born and brought up in Bombay (India) in a liberal Zoroastrian family. I have lived and worked in United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman, Hong Kong (R.O.C.) and many other Indian cities, gathering more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Disputes, Salaries and Wages Generation & Disbursement, Recruitment of Blue and White collar personnel. I also have in-depth knowledge of UAE, Omani and Indian labour laws.
