Zulai Serrano is a Publicist for Tara Bruno PR.

Prior to joining the agency, she worked in media for six years as a video game reporter, creating written and multimedia content for publications including Newsweek, Player.One, and Variety. After deciding to switch career paths, she worked for Ubisoft as a community representative to help grow the social media platforms across Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and The Division franchise with the goal of improving community engagement.

When she isn't working, Zulai is building houses in The Sims 4, slaying dragons in Skyrim, attending a Barre class, making Coquito, or enjoying a well-placed jump scare in horror games.
