Zulfitri Basir is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background and experience in a variety of industries. He has a bachelor's degree in adminstrative science and policy studies, and a diploma in public administration, which gives him a solid foundation in government and public policy. He is also a certified Master trainer by MDEC (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation), having been recognised for their expertise in digital marketing and ability to effectively train others.

In addition to her academic and training credentials, Zulfitri Basir has extensive experience working with top-level management in a variety of industries, including development property, construction, advertising, event management, technology and digital, production, and entertainment. Their expertise in IT consulting has enabled them to create solutions that have assisted organisations in optimising their operations and increase their profitability.

Zulfitri Basir has a solid track record of leadership, having served as President of the Student Representative Council during his academic term. In this capacity, they were in charge of managing a group of peers and planning various activities and projects aimed at enhancing the student experience on campus.

Zulfitri Basir is also involved in philanthropic work and a passionate supporter for social reform and minorities' rights, particularly B40. He has volunteered with different organisations and programmes aiming at improving the lives of poor individuals and communities, and he is devoted to using his skills and resources to make a positive effect in their society.

Zulfitri Basir was named one of the top four best trainers in MDEC's Eusahawan programme on 2019.
